THE CHALLENGE
Intel Extreme Masters brings together dozens of companies, offering hundreds of products and competing to win over the hearts of consumers. The true challenge is to make your message heard by the media, and stand out of the crowd to capture the visitors' attention. Month-long preparations, coordination of stalls and activities they offer, organisation of interviews and press conferences, as well as on-going response to unexpected problems and ad hoc opportunities on the site – a taxing, but also rewarding, marathon of challenges in a world-unique event setting.

WHAT WE DID
Hundreds of hours spent devising communications plans, cooperation with dozens of partners, mailing of information materials and invitations, communications with the media and influencers. In Katowice alone, a team of over ten people devoted dozens of hours to contacts with the media, clients and visitors, and rushed over thousands of miles at high speed to keep up with the course of events, and not let any opportunity pass by. Thanks to this team effort, representatives of the most important Polish media came to the event on a special Intel bus, visited the Alienware stall presenting the newest gaming laptops, were the first to see the newest HyperX headphones, and followed the battles of top world Heroes of the Storm players on the Blizzard stage.
